Student Requirements:
Take at least 6 Excelsior College Course credits within the one year period, to bypass annual fee

Take a minimum of 12 Excelsior College course credits prior to degree completion

Our Center for Military Education office, which includes Veteran Services and Outreach, has a friendly, knowledge staff waiting to assist you…many of whom are veterans.

One Time Application	$80	$80	Processing of application and establishment record. Fee waived upon receiving courtesy official eval.
Enrollment Fee (one time)	$130	$395 veteran $895 civilian	Official evaluation of transferred credits, academic advisement and academic program planning for first year. The enrollment fee reverts to the standard rate if student does not complete minimum of twelve(12) Excelsior College course credits prior to completion of their degree.
Tuition (per credit)	$330	$390	Participation in academic course work
Student Services Annual Fee (paid on an annual basis with the first annual fee charged one year after enrollment)	$0 Provided 6 Excelsior College course credits taken in one year	$485	Library services, academic advising and academic program planning. No Student Services Annual Fee will be charged provided student completes a minimum of six(6) Excelsior College course credits within the one-year period. If the student does not complete six(6) Excelsior College course credits within the one-year period, the Student Services Annual Fee will be $70 for the subsequent year.
Graduate Fee (one time)	$130 Provided 12 Excelsior College course credits taken prior to degree completion	$495	Final review and processing of student files for conferring of degree and issuance of diploma. The Graduation Fee reverts to the Standard Rate if the student does not complete a minimum of twelve(12) Excelsior College course credits prior to completion of their degree program. In the event the Graduation Fee reverts to the Standard Rate, this fee will be reduced by $15 per academic credit for each undergraduate Excelsior College course successfully completed. This fee reduction does not apply to academic credits transferred to Excelsior College.
